Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive / Senior Social Media Executive who understands how brands communicate, engage, and grow in the digital world.
This role goes beyond simply posting content. It involves building meaningful brand narratives, creating engaging campaigns, and managing digital communities that help businesses connect with their audiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies for B2B and B2C clients to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Conceptualize creative campaign ideas, themes, and storytelling formats aligned with the client’s brand positioning.
- Plan and coordinate multimedia content including visuals, reels, videos, stories, and polls across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Collaborate closely with design, video, and content teams to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Manage social media calendars, scheduling, and posting to maintain consistency in communication and brand tone.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages, and nurture active online communities.
- Use AI-powered tools and analytics platforms to generate content ideas, track performance, and optimize strategies.
- Analyze engagement metrics including reach, CTR, impressions, and conversions, and provide monthly performance reports with improvement recommendations.
- Stay updated on emerging platform trends, new storytelling formats, and influencer or creator collaborations.
For Senior Roles:
- Lead social media strategy for key clients and oversee campaign execution.
- Mentor junior team members and guide them in developing creative communication strategies.
- Participate in client discussions, presentations, and monthly content planning meetings.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in social media management or digital brand communication.
- Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or Advertising preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to translate brand values into compelling communication.
- Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement data and apply insights to improve performance.
- Exposure to AI-powered content tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with performance-driven communication.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for client interaction and campaign discussions.
