Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Senior Sales Executive who can convert qualified opportunities into successful client partnerships for IKF’s digital and technology solutions.
In this role, you will primarily manage the lead-to-closure journey by understanding client requirements, presenting suitable solutions, preparing proposals, and negotiating deals. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client relationships.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi, understand structured sales processes, and be confident in interacting with business decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with qualified leads and enquiries received through marketing campaigns and inbound channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions offered by IKF.
- Conduct client meetings, discovery discussions, and solution presentations.
- Prepare detailed proposals and explain scope, timelines, and deliverables clearly.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, proposals, and closures in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project initiation and delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for repeat business or additional services.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in IT services, digital marketing, or technology solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into solution proposals.
- Experience in proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and disciplined follow-up practices.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
