Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Support recruitment coordination including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and follow-ups.

- Improve recruitment workflows and documentation systems.
- Assist in implementing employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- Maintain structured follow-ups on hiring and people-related priorities.
- Participate in internal discussions around team alignment and workplace improvements.
Execution & Momentum
- Track leadership priorities and convert discussions into structured action points.
- Ensure deadlines are monitored and responsibilities are clearly assigned.
- Identify delays, gaps, or misalignment across teams and escalate proactively.
- Maintain trackers for ongoing initiatives and important projects.
- Support clarity and coordination in fast-moving situations.
Leadership Bridge
- Translate leadership discussions into clear next steps.
- Align internal teams with priorities communicated by leadership.
- Maintain communication discipline across departments.
- Ensure important work progresses through consistent follow-ups.
